Carpet ↔ built-up ↔ super built-up
The #1 confusion when booking a flat. Enter any one area and see the other two — and understand the loading builders add.
What the three mean
- Carpet area — the actual usable floor inside your walls. RERA requires builders to price on this.
- Built-up area — carpet + the thickness of your walls (~10–15% more).
- Super built-up — built-up + your share of common areas like lobby and stairs (~15–30% more). This is the "loading".
