SimpleHome is a free tool that produces indicative, early-stage construction-cost estimates and related planning information for homes in India, using per-sq-ft benchmark rates adjusted by state, settlement type, finish level, height and inflation. It's designed to help you plan and compare — not to price a specific project.
Estimates and reports from SimpleHome are not, and must not be relied on as:
Real costs depend on your drawings, site conditions, soil, design choices, current local rates and your contractor. For any binding decision — budgeting a loan, signing a contract, or starting work — obtain a measured estimate from a qualified architect, engineer or contractor.
We build the estimates in good faith from benchmark data, but we make no warranty that any figure is accurate or complete for your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying anything important with a professional before acting on it.
Where SimpleHome introduces you to an architect or other professional (currently a limited pilot in Meghalaya), that professional is independent of SimpleHome. We do not employ them, supervise their work, or guarantee their availability, conduct, pricing or the outcome of any engagement. Any agreement you enter into is directly between you and that professional. An introduction request does not guarantee a match, quotation or response.
The SimpleHome name, design, text and tools are the property of the SimpleHome operator. You may use the site and share your own report links for personal planning. Please don't copy or republish the site's content or reproduce the tools without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, SimpleHome and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the estimates, information, or introductions provided through the site. The site is offered "as is." Because this is a general limitation, the exact wording should be confirmed with a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.
