SimpleHome is building a small founding pilot of architects in Meghalaya. This page explains the checks we intend to run before introducing a professional, and exactly what our labels do — and don't — mean.

This is an early pilot. The review steps below describe our intended process. We do not claim that every listed architect has completed every check — where a profile is shown, its label will state what has actually been confirmed. We will only describe an architect as "registration checked" or "profile reviewed" once that step has genuinely been done and recorded.
Payment is never verification. Paying for a sponsored or featured placement does not mean an architect has passed any of the checks above, and we will not present it as if it does.
If you have a concern about an architect introduced through SimpleHome — including accuracy of their registration or their conduct — email hello@simplehome.in. We will review the concern and can remove a profile from the pilot where appropriate.
We intend to re-confirm registrations periodically. We have not yet fixed the interval; we will publish it here once decided.
